It gives us great satisfaction to know that our continual research and use of daily suppliers is repaid by the feed back from our clients.
The quality is mainly  based on the concept of fewer "Air Miles", therefore local cultivation , rearing and production. For example, fruit, vegetables and pulses are grown on the nearby inland hills and of mostly organic production.

Fish, is always freshly caught taking into consideration fishing quotes and the meat is all locally reared.

At Hotel Feldberg our renowned chef combines traditional recipes with his own creations,  with help from of his staff.
