TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES OF PROCESSING, AND LEGAL BASIS

Legal basis: "data processing necessary for website browsing" – contract obligation – Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR

Other available information will not be used.
4) Newsletter
Legal basis: "data subject's consent" – Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR
The processing of data necessary for newsletter management, based on the explicit consent provided by the user, is described in a dedicated privacy notice accessible through the newsletter subscription form. Consent can be revoked at any time by unsubscribing using the options provided in all emails or by sending an email to info@hotelfeldbergriccione.com.
5) Cookies and Other Tracking Systems

Personal or "sensitive" data included in comments or public posts on social media channels may be removed.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to non-EU countries. However, by consenting to analytical and/or profiling cookies, your data may be transferred to the USA, a country that currently does not offer adequate data protection guarantees. Nevertheless, Google has declared the implementation of additional security measures that the Data Controller has assessed as sufficient.
DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
